Female Figure 1 decoupage print captures a dreamy, sun-warmed romance built for furniture upcyclers and decoupage artists who love soft florals and old-world European charm. A tousled-haired woman rests her cheek against her hand, her bare shoulder wrapped in antique lace and a cascade of blush pink and ivory roses tumbling through her hair. Behind her, a cobalt-blue doorway and a lantern-lit stone archway glow beneath trailing bougainvillea, while a blue morpho butterfly drifts past lines of handwritten vintage script, tying the whole composition into one gentle, nostalgic scene.

• Shabby chic and French country interiors
• Romantic vintage and cottagecore bedrooms
• Farmhouse and boutique guesthouse décor
• Gallery-style portrait walls

Why You’ll Love It

Every Female Figure 1 decoupage print sheet is built to feel like a captured daydream rather than a flat image – the soft lighting, trailing florals and drifting butterfly all add quiet movement to the piece. It works beautifully as a single statement panel or paired with floral and botanical designs for a cohesive romantic vignette across a bedroom suite or feature wall. Decoupage artists often pair this design with the companion Female Figure 2 decoupage print, which shares its rose, cream and parchment palette and expands the same romantic theme across a larger triptych scene – together the two make an easy matching pair for a dressing table and headboard set, or a two-piece gallery grouping on a feature wall.

Size & Application Tips

• Supplied print-ready at A4 size for immediate use
• Trim close to the design edges for a seamless, borderless finish on furniture
• Apply with a standard decoupage medium or glue, then seal with varnish once fully dry
• For raised or textured surfaces, tear the paper edges slightly before gluing to help it settle into contours
• Works equally well under a satin or gloss topcoat, depending on the sheen you want on the finished piece
