By creating an account and using the Shirtcraft design tool on Sublimation Prints ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Service.
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence image-generation tools to help you create custom artwork from your description or reference material. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of accuracy, originality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated designs may, without our knowledge or intent, resemble an existing trademark, copyrighted work, or the work of a third party. You are responsible for reviewing every design before approving it for production, and for ensuring you have the right to use any text, brand name, logo, or reference material you submit. We may refuse to produce or print any design we believe may infringe the rights of a third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sublimation Prints and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from the content, accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of any AI-generated design, or from any third-party intellectual-property claim relating to a design you approved for production.
Every preview shown in the Shirtcraft builder — the mockup and every individual panel — is a digital representation for artwork presentation purposes only. It is not a proof of the final physical product.
Digital screens display colour using RGB (red, green, blue) light, while sublimation printing reproduces colour on fabric using a different, ink-based colour process. Converting a design from screen colour to a printable colour space — together with normal variation in fabric, monitor calibration, and lighting — means the colour, brightness, and in some cases the exact layout of your finished garment may differ slightly from what you saw on screen. This is a normal, expected characteristic of the sublimation printing process, not a defect.
By approving a mockup and placing an order, you accept that minor colour or layout variation of this kind may occur, and that such variation alone is not grounds for a refund, reprint, or other remedy.
Until an order for a design has been placed and paid for in full, all artwork, mockups, and designs generated or refined using the Service — including every preview shown in the builder — remain the exclusive property of Sublimation Prints. Creating, previewing, saving, or sharing a design in the builder does not, by itself, transfer any ownership or licence rights to you.
Once you place an order for a specific design and payment for that order has been received in full, ownership of the rights to that design transfers to you, the buyer, to the extent we are able to grant such rights. This is subject to two limits: some AI-generated elements may not be capable of exclusive ownership under applicable law, and any pre-existing third-party material you supplied (such as your own logo) remains subject to its own, separate rights.
Until that transfer occurs, we may retain, reuse, or decline to release any design that has not been ordered and paid for, and may remove or decline to fulfil incomplete or abandoned projects at our discretion.
You must not submit any text, image, or instruction that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to use. You are solely responsible for the content of any design you approve for production.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service or any order placed through it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the Terms change materially, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version the next time you use the Service, before you can continue.
